Nightingale Foundation is empowering the next generation of nurses by providing financial resources to Nightingale College’s nursing students and offering community education outreach to underserved schools in select communities. Nightingale Foundation recognizes barriers to accessing nursing education such as cost, housing, childcare, and geography, and works to bring direct and indirect resources to these nursing student populations.
Nightingale Foundation’s Nursing Pathways Program takes a holistic approach to supporting a strong, diverse nursing workforce. The Nursing Pathways Program has three core components:
Grow
Career and Technical Education (CTE) for High School Students
Empower
Summer Nursing Bootcamps for Middle and High School Students
Achieve
Resources for Adult Learners Enrolled in Nightingale College’s Nursing Programs
Nightingale Foundation’s Nursing Pathways Program seeks to build “cradle-to-career” supports for students who are interested in entering the healthcare workforce. From educating middle and high school students in the “grow” phase, to providing practical experience for high school students in the “empower” phase, and removing financial barriers to entering the nursing workforce in the “achieve” phase, the Nursing Pathways Program works to ensure that anyone what wants to be a nurse, can be.

Community Education Outreach
Nightingale Foundation offers a variety of community education outreach programs. Join us in providing the resources to educate, empower, and inspire middle and high school students to go into healthcare and nursing careers.

SPARK
SPARK Camp is a three-day summer program that empowers middle and high school students to explore careers in healthcare through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community engagement. Designed for students in grades 7–9, the camp introduces both clinical and non-clinical pathways, while building confidence, teamwork, and real-world awareness.
