SPARK Camp
Summer Program

Students Pursuing Advancements in Real-World Knowledge
SPARK Camp is a three-day summer program that empowers middle and high school students to explore careers in healthcare through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community engagement. Designed for students in grades 7–9, the camp introduces both clinical and non-clinical pathways, while building confidence, teamwork, and real-world awareness.
What to Expect at SPARK?
Day 1
Foundations & Life-Saving Skills
Students gain a strong foundation in healthcare through guided simulations, teamwork-based scenarios, and CPR/First Aid certification. The focus is on building critical thinking, communication, and emergency response skills.
Day 2
Career Exploration & Advocacy
Campers rotate through healthcare specialties, engage with professionals, and explore both clinical and non-clinical roles. The day wraps with students beginning their own public health campaigns through a team-based PSA project.
Day 3
Community Impact & Mentorship
Students present their PSA campaigns, connect with healthcare mentors, and learn about academic and career pathways such as CTE programs. The camp ends with a reflection ceremony and a toolkit to support their next steps in healthcare.
